We continually invest in our 3D printing capabilities with emerging applications and technologies and feature in-house Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) technologies for polymer and metal printing for both rapid prototype products and manufacturing.

Rapid Machining Turnaround

Using a full suite of virtual computational tools and computer packages to ensure we can manufacture our products as efficiently as possible. We then scale the manufacturing process to the high volumes required by the medical devices industry.

Development of Assembly & Test Methodologies

For all new product introductions, we assign project managers or engineering teams who will develop the product from component manufacture right through to final product delivery by developing optimal assembly and test techniques at the NPI phase.
